Returns – Terms & Conditions
- Items must be returned unused, in original sealed packaging.
- Shoes must be in their original box, with tags attached, and unused.
- Products that are opened, used, or missing their seal are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Only items meeting these conditions will be accepted.
Exchange Policy
- Standard items: One-time exchange within 7 days of receipt.
- Discounted/promotional items: One-time exchange within 3 days of receipt.
- All items must be unused and in original sealed packaging.
Return Policy
- Standard items: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Discounted/promotional items: Returns accepted within 3 days. No cash refunds—customers will receive a credit note or coupon valid for 3 months.
- Refunds are only issued for non-discounted items purchased online.
Return Process Timeline
- Delivery to our fulfilment centre: Up to 3 days (depending on location).
- Inspection & quality check: 2 business days.
- Refund processing: 10–15 business days, depending on payment method and bank.
- Refunds depend on the condition of the returned product.
General Conditions
- TennisShop.ae reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy requirements.
- Rejected returns will not be eligible for refund, credit, or exchange.

International Shipping Policy –
- Shipping Charges
- Flat fee: AED 200 at checkout.
- If actual shipping exceeds AED 200, customers must pay the difference before shipment.
- Customs Duties & Taxes
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.
- Customs Clearance
- Customs procedures vary by country; delays are beyond our control.
- Order Refusal / Customs Non-Payment
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds for products will only be issued if returned in original condition, with return shipping costs deducted.
- Legal Compliance
- Customers must ensure items comply with local laws and import regulations.
International Returns & Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be issued once items are received in original condition with all tags and packaging.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following items:

- Undergarments
- Strung rackets (requested stringing from the customer’s end)

Timelines
- Credit/Debit Card: 10–14 business days
- BNPL (Tabby/Tamara): 14–21 business days
- Cash on Delivery: 10–15 business days after QC approval and bank details submission.
Note: Refunds are always processed to the original payment method and cannot be changed once initiated.
Special Terms for Discounted Items
- Discounted/promotional items are not eligible for cash refunds.
- One-time exchange permitted within the specified period.
- Returns will be compensated with a coupon code valid for 3 months (non-cash).
Express Delivery & Exchange Policy
Express Same-Day Delivery
We offer Express Same-Day Delivery for customers who require urgent delivery of their orders.
- Express delivery is arranged through our logistics partners for priority delivery.
- The express delivery fee covers one-way courier charges only, equivalent to the cost charged to us by the courier partner.
- Express delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Exchange Policy for Express Delivery Orders
Orders delivered via Express Delivery are not eligible for free reverse pickup
Customers may choose one of the following options:
Store Exchange
Customers may visit any of our retail stores to complete the exchange immediately, subject to product availability.
Standard Exchange Processing
Exchange requests will be processed within 4–7 working days from the date the request is approved.
Same-Day Exchange (Nearby Locations)
If the exchange location is within 10 km of our store, we may arrange a same-day exchange, subject to operational and logistics availability.
Express Same-Day Exchange
If a customer requires an urgent same-day exchange, it will be treated as a new Express Delivery service, and the courier charges will need to be paid by the customer.
Product Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for exchange:
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
