Return & Exchange Policy

 

Return :-

TennisShop.ae wants you to take comfort in knowing that all items can be returned for a full refund as per customer’s convenience in the form of credit note/e-coupon (excluding the shipping amount) within 7 days of the invoice date. Products must be unused condition with original packing. Open packaging accepted if the product still has the original tags. All other Categories. Only unbroken original packages including all accessories.

 

  • Conditions of returns: if,
    • You have received a wrong product/size.
    • You have received a damaged product.
    • You have received a product that is not as described on the site.

 

How to complete your return :-

Log into your tennis shop account, click on return product and follow the instructions.

We will review your request and arrange a pick up from our logistics and change the product or process the credit note/e-coupon.We will take care of the rest and will notify you via email when your return is processed.

Your refund (credit note/e-coupon) will be initiated once your product is received back in our customer fulfilment center and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you as follows:

  • if paid by your credit/debit card, you will receive the refund (credit note/e-coupon) within 7 -15 business days on your email.
  • if you have cancelled your order before shipping, an automated refund will be provided back to your credit/debit card within 7-15 business days.
  • Credit note/e-coupon will be valid for period of 6 months  . During which you will be able to use the same amount to buy any product from the website.
  • Please note only ONE FREE Return is allowed per invoice with in 7 days from the date of invoice.
  • After first FREE return regular shipping charges will apply over returns.

Exchange Policy

Please note only ONE exchange is allowed per invoice within 7 days of the date of invoice.

All exchange products will be shipped back to you free of charge via first flight courier/their partner unless otherwise specified.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancelling Order: – You may cancel your order immediately prior to shipping for any reason.

Our Cancellation: – We may cancel your order(s) if

  1. you do not make any payment to us when it is due;
  1. you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products; or
  1. you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you or collect them from us;

    1. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in the stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. – All orders are subject to stock availability. \

 

2)  Delivery Location

    1. Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in [the drop down]. [We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in [the drop down] only. Any shipments outside of [the drop down] are not available at this time. – Both International and domestic serviceable area list shared already

 

3) Delivery Time

    1. Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
    2. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 2-4 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Saturday to Thursday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Fridays].
    3. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

    2. Delivery: Office Address- 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM ; Home Address – 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM Delivery Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

5)  Shipping Costs

    1. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
    2. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Shipping charges can be passed any stage of purchase via FFC API .
    3. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.- Duties and Taxes will be charged extra according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
